We have designed our website to be as simple and user friendly as possible, without the use of Pop Ups & Unwanted advertising. We hope that the following guidelines will be useful when ordering. - Placing an Order
- First select the title you wish to order. You may do this by either clicking on the "Find" button at the top of each page which will take you directly to the title by searching the full title or part of the title, or using the search field just above the list of Departments. Please note when searching we rarely use the prefix "the" or "a". If you know the genre of the book you are looking for you may go straight to the relevant department and scroll through the titles, which are listed alphabetically by title.
- Adding to your Basket
- Using the plus sign at the right hand side of the title will add a title to your basket. You may continue to browse or you can proceed to checkout. You may either click the
- button at the top of the page or click on the "Eye". You will then need to select:
- Tax Region
- Tick the box Accept terms and Conditions
- Choose Method of Payment (Please note we do not accept American Express,Diners)
- If you'd like to pay by cheque or postal order, select the "Pay by Cheque" option on the order form and send us a personal cheque or postal order in pounds sterling for the total amount of your order. Currently we're only able to accept postal orders denominated in pounds sterling or cheques denominated in pounds sterling and drawn from a UK bank. Paying by cheque slows down your order as we don't order your items until we receive your cheque. If you're in the UK, paying by personal cheque will delay your order by about seven to 10 days.
- After you have fully submitted your order on our website, please send your cheque to our address:

- Enter your address details not forgetting your house number or name
- Your notice to us. If you would like the book delivered to a friend or your work address etc. If you are sending as a gift we are more than happy to put a message of your choice on the back of the parcel.
- There is an option to print your order at this stage, this does not mean that we have received the order.
- You will then be taken to the form to fill out your credit/debit card details. Please enter your 16 or 19 card number using spaces between the number as they appear on your card where appropriate. Your security code is the last 3 digits on the signature strip, these are compulsory and are used as an extra security measure to prevent fraud. Issue numbers on Switch and Solo cards are also compulsory. Cards will only be charged when the books are despatched.
- Email Confirmation of your order
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. If you do not receive this e-mail confirmation it means that the order has not reached us.
