We are an independent fulfilment company based in Truro in Cornwall .

We all welcome you to the EFC Bookshop, Gardens Illustrated ,The Pennant Forces Society Bookshop and Mature Times Bookshop, and trust that your dealings with us are a pleasant experience. Our trading hours are Monday - Friday  9am - 5.30pm & Saturday 10.00am - 4pm. You are welcome to call us at any time during these hours and we will be more than pleased to answer any questions you may have. Should you call outside of these hours, please kindly leave a message, your name and telephone number and we will call you back when next open. Please note, you will never be asked to push buttons to be put through to departments and we never ask you to leave your card details on our answer machine.

Books can be sent to addresses other than your own if you wish to send as a gift to someone. Please add the recipient’s details to the space provided on the Customer Details page. If you would like a message included you should add this to the ‘Your Notice to Us’ section and we will write it on the back of the parcel on your behalf.  This will save you a trip to the Post Office and the extra postage. Ideal for Christmas shopping!

Any orders placed over the internet are not immediately charged, the charge is made when the books are physically despatched. All our books are despatched by Royal Mail second class. Books which are over 2 kilos in weight will be delivered by Fedex Couriers.

Our delivery times are between 7-10 days, although on many occasions it can be quicker.

NB: Due to the nature of book publishing, book prices and availability can change at short notice. If there are any price changes you will always be informed and have the opportunity to cancel your order.
